Ingredients
- 200 grams Fresh tuna for sashimi
- 4 units Baked corn tostadas
- 1 unit Ripe avocado
- ½ unit Red onion
- 1 unit Serrano chili
- 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon Sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Cut the fresh sashimi-grade tuna into 1cm cubes and place in a bowl.
- Marinate the tuna with fresh lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let sit for 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Finely chop the red onion, seeded serrano chili, and cilantro. Cut the avocado into slices or cubes.
- Fold the red onion, serrano chili, and cilantro into the marinated tuna. Mix gently.
- Serve the tuna mixture on the crispy corn tostadas and top with avocado.
