Ingredients
- 1 whole Ripe pineapple
- 100 grams Piloncillo
- 1 stick Cinnamon stick
- 3 units Whole cloves
- 2 liters Purified water
Directions
- Cut the pineapple into chunks, including the peel and core.
- Place the pineapple in a large glass container.
- Add the piloncillo, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Cover with purified water and stir.
- Cover the container with a breathable cloth and tie it with a string.
- Let ferment at room temperature for 2-4 days, until slightly effervescent.
- Strain and serve cold.
