Ingredients
- 1 cup Dried hibiscus flowers
- 8 cups Water
- ½ cup Sugar (or grated piloncillo)
- Ice, al gusto
Directions
- Boil 4 cups of water, add the hibiscus flowers, turn off the heat, and let infuse for 10 minutes; strain into a pitcher.
- Dissolve the sugar or piloncillo in the warm concentrate and top off with the remaining 4 cups of cold water.
- Serve very cold over ice.
