Ingredients
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 50 grams Chopped pork ham
- 50 grams Chihuahua cheese (or Monterey Jack)
- 2 tablespoons Whole milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 1 pinch Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs with 2 tablespoons of milk, salt, and pepper until you have a homogeneous and slightly airy mixture.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat until melted and no longer foaming.
- Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet, tilting to cover evenly.
- Cook until the edges begin to set. Lift the edges with a spatula and allow the liquid egg to flow underneath.
- Place 50g of chopped ham and 50g of shredded Chihuahua cheese over one half of the omelet.
- Fold the other half over the filling and cook until the cheese is melted and the omelet is golden brown. Serve immediately.
