Ingredients
- 1 rack Rack of pork ribs
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1½ cups Homemade BBQ sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300°F. Remove the membrane from the ribs.
- Mix the dry rub: brown sugar, paprika, garlic and onion powder, cumin, pepper, and salt.
- Evenly coat the ribs with the rub.
- Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until tender.
- Remove from oven and carefully unwrap.
- Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
- Bake uncovered for 15-20 more minutes at the same temperature, until the sauce is caramelized.
