  5. Let the dough cool enough to handle. Then, divide it into portions and flatten them into discs.
  6. Fill each disc with sweet red bean paste (anko) and seal by forming a ball. Make sure the seal is tight to prevent leaks.
  7. Serve the mochi immediately.
