Ingredients
- 1 cup Plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 units Large egg
- ¾ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ cup Dark chocolate chips (70% cacao)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) square pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix 1 cup of plain non-fat Greek yogurt with 2 large eggs until integrated.
- Incorporate 0.75 cup of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, beating until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- In a separate container, sift together 0.5 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, 0.5 cup of all-purpose flour, and 0.25 teaspoon of salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and beat on low speed or with a spatula until combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Add 0.25 cup of dark chocolate chips, mixing gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, distribute evenly, and bake for 20-25 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out with moist crumbs.
