  1. Cut the paneer, red onion, bell pepper, and tomato into uniform cubes of approximately 1 inch.
  2. Prepare the marinade by mixing thick yogurt, lemon juice, ginger and garlic pastes, garam masala, cumin, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Ensure a homogeneous emulsion.
  3. Marinate the paneer cubes and cut vegetables in the mixture for a minimum of 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Thread the marinated ingredients alternately onto pre-soaked wooden skewers.
  5. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat with a little oil. Grill the skewers, turning frequently, for 4-5 minutes per side until desired browning and charring is achieved on the paneer and vegetables.
  6. Serve hot with fresh lemon and mint chutney.
