Ingredients
- 175 grams salmon fillets
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoons butter
- ¼ teaspoon fresh or dried dill
- 1 pieces lemon
- 1 to taste salt and pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil or a silicone mat.
- Make a paste or liquid mixture with the melted butter, minced garlic, fresh dill, juice of one lemon, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and generously brush each piece with the butter mixture.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. The exact time will depend on thickness: aim for an opaque exterior texture while maintaining thermal juiciness in the core.
- Finish with fresh lemon slices to add residual acidity.
- Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 72 hours. Avoid freezing to prevent breaking the protein's cellular structure.
